Burn It Down No.3
The last of the painting in this series was the most challenging. I wanted to keep the energy level I had acheived up to a high level and push things a little too. I felt this one demonstrates that things were getting out of control! The energy level increased. The blue could represent the flooding water used on the fire? I purposely added drips in a bright color on the left to represent this one is not done. This one is not under control. I implemented using some additional colors of Stabilo Woody markers, some new acrylic color, and maintain a high value interest that was important to me. I feel this painting lived up to the challenge and did not drop off in interest or excitement.
