Puerto de Luna

$300.00

PDL is famous for chiles. There is only one PDL green Chile and it’s not available to the public as far as I know. It doesn’t seem like big business, but a closed one. I think they roast all the chiles as they pick them and don’t sell any fresh ones. That what I think. The only way to get some of these chiles is at the Comet II Restaurant in Santa Rosa, NM. They make a dish called PDL Enchiladas. How many times have we scheduled our trips across New Mexico to ensure the Comet II is open? They make fresh pies daily too. Worth the effort!
