Flat Rock Vista
This painting started out with acrylics using a faded indigo color for the distant rock. I added the sky next and then the foreground. Getting loose with three oil pastels, two in orange-brown and one in blue I just added them for interest. I thought this turned out pretty good, so I darkened the closest brush and ground. That was a wrap. Sometimes it’s real hard to know when to stop. I feel like I picked the right time for once.
